What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are synthetic lashes that are applied to your natural lash to enhance the appearance of your eye.

How long does it take to apply eyelash extensions?
Generally a full set of lashes takes 2 hours. Fills are scheduled 2-4 weeks after your appointment and range between 60 minutes and 90 minutes.

What is the eyelash extension service procedure?
You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed during the entire procedure. Your bottom lashes will be protected with a firming under eye gel pad. Your technician will isolate each of your natural eyelashes and attach one synthetic eyelash with a tiny amount of medical grade adhesive, without touching your skin. It is completely painless, and so relaxing that most of our clients take a nap, then awaken to beautiful, fuller eyelashes. That’s real beauty sleep!

How long do they last?
They can last up to as long as 6 weeks. They fall off as you shed your natural lashes. To keep a full volume look we recommend a fill every 2-4 weeks.

Will it damage my real lashes?
This will not damage your real lashes. It will not pull them out. They only fall out naturally as your other lashes shed. (We naturally shed about 3- 5 lashes a day.)

Can I use an eyelash curler to curl my individual lash extensions?
No, an eyelash curler will weaken and cause them to lift and come off.

Can I wear mascara with them?
We do not recommend wearing mascara with your eyelash extensions.

Can I still wear I makeup?
Yes, but you don’t need mascara and you may find that you won’t need eyeliner. You may still use eyeliner or eye shadow, but remember to clean remove with a product that does not contain oil of any kind as this will affect the glue. 

Can I swim with them?
Yes, you can swim with them.

What brand of eyelash extension adhesive/glue do you use?
At Lethal Lash Beauty we use My Brand Lash Glue.

What do you recommend to clean your lashes?
We recommend shampooing your lashes with My Brand Lash Shampoo. It is a gentle foaming cleanser to remove debris, makeup, and oil. You can pick this up at Lethal Lash Beauty’s spa in Bellingham at your next appointment.

What skin care brand do you use in your facial treatments?
At Lethal Lash Beauty we are dedicated to healthy skin. That is why we use Skin Script skin care that delivers the promise of healthy, vitalized, youthful looking skin. We believe in quality products that are gentle, yet effective. All products are paraben free, natural and ideal for treating all skin types and ethnicities, with no animal testing.

How long do facials last?
We have three different facial options at Lethal Lash Beauty, Bellingham. “Freshen Up”Facial is 35 minutes, Signature Facial is our most popular facial and is 60 minutes, Total Rejuvenation Facial is 90 minutes. We also offer a “Back Facial” which is 60 minutes long and is a skin care treatment for your back. (Great for clearing up your skin for spring and summer time!)

Do you test the products on animals?
No, ingredients and products are only tested on humans.
